Privacy Policy

Coastal Refrigeration Rescue provides emergency refrigerated trailer rental and temporary cold storage to businesses in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. We are based in Springfield, Georgia, and we are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.

When you submit the callback request form on this site, we collect exactly the following:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your city or service area
• Whether your situation is an emergency or a standard request
• An optional description of your situation, in your own words

We use this only to contact you about your request and to provide the service you asked for. If you call or email us instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that call or message.

Please do not include sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or health information — in the description field. We do not need it and do not ask for it.

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, including:

• Your IP address and the approximate region it maps to
• Your browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size
• Which pages you viewed, in what order, and for how long
• The page or search that referred you to us, and any advertising parameters in the link you clicked

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people actually use this site so we can improve it. Clarity is a behavioral analytics tool that goes further than standard aggregate analytics: it records a reconstruction of your visit, including mouse movements, clicks, taps, and scrolling, and builds heatmaps and session replays from that data.

Clarity is not a video or screen capture of your device, and it does not access your camera or microphone. Content you type into form input fields is masked by Clarity and is not visible in session recordings.

Microsoft acts as a data controller for the data Clarity collects and handles it under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can read more about Clarity in the Clarity documentation.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for two purposes: understanding how the site is used, and measuring and delivering advertising. We do not use cookies to build profiles about anything other than your use of this site and our ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using this site or contacting us.

We use Google Analytics Advertising Features. Specifically, we have implemented Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which let us measure the results of our advertising and show our ads to people who have previously visited this site.

To do this, we and third-party vendors including Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers together with third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) or other third-party identifiers. These are combined to report on how your visits to this site relate to ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with those ad impressions and ad services.

You can opt out of these features at any time:

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your callback request, including calling or texting the number you provided about that request
• Quote, schedule, deliver, and pick up rental equipment
• Provide customer support and keep records of our work
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Measure and improve our advertising
• Comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations, and resolve disputes

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this business, and only to the extent they need it:

• Supabase — stores callback requests submitted through this site
• Postmark — delivers the notification email that alerts our team to your request
• Vercel and Cloudflare — host and deliver this website
• Google and Microsoft — analytics, session recording, and advertising, as described above
• Elfsight — displays our Google reviews widget
• Better Business Bureau — our accreditation seal is loaded from the BBB, which receives the request for that image

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public. If our business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising by third parties other than the advertising vendors named in Section 6. We do not rent or trade customer lists.

• Skip the form. You can always just call us at 912-477-9663.
• Cookies and advertising. Use the opt-out links in Section 6, or your browser’s cookie controls.
• Calls and texts. Tell us to stop and we will. Reply STOP to any text message, or call or email us.
• Do Not Track. Our analytics providers do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, so we do not represent that we honor them.

Some states give residents specific rights over their personal information. Rather than sort visitors by state, we extend the following to everyone who contacts us. You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

We keep callback requests and customer records for as long as we need them to provide service and to meet our legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations, then delete or archive them. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each provider’s own retention settings.

This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to stored requests is restricted to people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.

This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

This site links to other websites, such as our Better Business Bureau profile and our Google reviews. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
